Returns and exchanges.

Stock parts are returnable within 30 days. Cut-to-length material and glass are not. Wrong-ship is on us.

Stock parts

Returnable within 30 days of delivery, unopened, in original packaging, with the order reference. Customer pays return freight. A 20% restocking fee applies, deducted from the credit at receipt and inspection. Restocking is waived if the return is the result of damage in transit confirmed under the shipping policy.

Cut-to-length and customized

Non-returnable. This includes rail cut to job length, custom drilling, custom finish runs outside the standard two finishes, and any parts altered to spec at the customer's request.

Glass panes

Non-returnable. Glass is cut and tempered to the ordered size and cannot be restocked. Damaged-on-arrival glass is replaced under the carrier-paid damage process — report within 48 hours of delivery per the shipping policy.

Wrong-ship

If we ship the wrong part, the wrong finish, or the wrong quantity, Norcut pays return shipping and ships the corrected parts at the original price. Flag wrong-ship within 7 days of receipt so the replacement reaches the jobsite without holding up the install.

How to start a return

Email sales with the order number, the parts being returned, and the reason. Sales issues a Return Authorization (RA) number with ship-to instructions. Returns shipped without an RA may be refused at the dock. Ship to the BC facility within 14 days of RA issue; credit posts to the trade account within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

This is a summary. Final return policy ships with each order acknowledgment and supersedes this page in the event of a conflict. All terms subject to operations confirmation before publication.
