Carrier
Full kits route through common carrier on flat-bed or van trailer — TFM or equivalent regional freight. Fittings-only orders below the standard freight threshold ship via courier. The carrier is confirmed on the bill of lading at dispatch.
Crating and packaging
Rail components ship horizontal in steel-banded bundles on a standard skid. 19ft segments are bundled by SKU and labeled with part number, finish, and order reference. Post hardware and fittings ship boxed on the same skid for kit orders, separately for fittings-only orders.
Damage on arrival
Inspect the shipment at delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's proof of delivery before signing. Report damage to sales within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the skid, the bundle, and any affected parts. Damage flagged after the 48-hour window may not qualify for carrier-paid replacement.
Customer pickup
Pickup from the BC facility is available by appointment. Coordinate with sales at the quote stage so the kit is staged and ready when your truck arrives. Bring the order reference and a vehicle rated for 19ft rail bundles.
